By means of the industrial centrifuge MZ you can solve a variety of problems: centrifuging of cuttingand cooling lubricants which could be a sort of oil or emulsion (standard application), washing of parts with drying afterwards, putting on of preservative oils, protection against rust, etc..
Available in special steel for electroplating shops.
We can consume all goods which can be poured. Depending on the working material, fluid and sort of machine, there can be reached a residual moisture under 3% by this standard application. When centrifuging finished parts i.e. pivoted parts, the remaining residual moisture produces a rust protection which is desired by interim storage.
On special request we can deliver alternatively a hot-air heating. This heating is available in different power stages; with multiple contact switch or continuous regulation with absolute value measuring within the centrifugal space. This control system is particularly suitable for the application in electroplating shops, the parts dry quickly, are energy-saving and spotless as a rule.
By washing- and/or coating actions a special centrifugal application will be flooded by turning slowly and afterwards the fluid will be centrifuged by increasing of the rotational speed on a free eligible value (determination of the plating thickness).
All centrifuges are equipped, as standard, with an electropneumatic cover operation. The functional running will be effected nearly automatically upon the manual filling up. After pulling tight this cover, it will be fixed pneumatically and the centrifugal process will be started. The centrifugal time which is eligible on a timer, is now running. Afterwards the centrifuge brakes down and opens automatically the cover when standing still.

The end of the centrifugal process is visible over a long distance. By an inadmissible unbalance caused by the non-homogeneous distribution of the working material, the centrifugal process will be interrupted. Then, the automatic control system tries a restart by means of reversing the direction of rotation. Frequently, you can achieve in this way a minimization of the problem and you can continue the centrifugal process. If the problem cannot be solved itself, the cover will be opened automatically. The fault message will be indicated through a flash signal. The user can distribute easily the working material, delete the disturbance and by pulling tight the cover, he can restart the process.
