| The presented swarf mill installation consists of a swarf mill SBR 30 GTA and a lifting mechanism KHV 300. The chips which should be crushed will be carried by means of a chip container to the lifting and tilting mechanism and will be filled into the swarf mill funnel. The swarf mill crushes the chips and leads the broken chips over a chute into the container situated thereunder. Coarse parts - as well as pole butts, etc. - will be ejected by means of the automatic "Coarse parts outlet". The volume of the chips will be reduced to 1/4 of the original volume and the broken chips can be finished in an automatic waste disposal plant for chips without any problems. |
