With the sieving machine SM 35 nearly all bulk materials can be separated and sorted out. It is a solid, stable machine, which can be used without any problem for robust labour assignments. The selection takes place as a matter of the difference principle, that means that the materials to be sieved will be separated according to size.
The main use of the sieving machine is in automatic lathe companies, where turned parts are separated from chips. But also in other industries where punched parts are separated from waste or burnishing and deburring stones from work-pieces, this technique has proved truly.
Normally the loading of the sieve is metered with a hopper. It is equipped at its lower side with a metering flap making loading infinitely variable. The sieve underneath is equipped with an infinitely variable drive, which moves it in vibration with constant amplitude. The movement is divided by the fixing up of the sieve into a horizontal and a vertical component. The relation of these two components can be changed threefold. Together with the sieve declining equipment it is therefore always possible to find the best adjustment for the materials to be sieved.
The sieving machine SM 35 can be delivered with a blower at option. It is mounted on the blower tunnel, where the woolen chips are blown into the chip container, while the work-pieces themselves slide into the part container. |
The operator can also take away bigger chip-balls and throw them manually in one of the two exits on each side. As the sieving machine SM 35 can either be filled charge by charge or continuously, it is perfectly constructed for fully automatic installations for mass hardware, for example interlinked with loading lift or automatic centrifuge.
